Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.us.totaldressed@gmail.com. Do not send items back without prior approval. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized/custom items, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To get the item you want quickly, return the original item for approval and place a separate order for the new item.

EU Consumer Rights
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
